字段说明

参数名	类型	说明
channelId	string	频道ID
monitorpointId	int	采集点ID
frequencyValue	string	频率值
startTime	datetime	录制开始时间
stopTime	datetime	录制结束时间
status	int	状态

status:1-录制中；0-已停止
stopTime:当status为1时，stopTime为null
